Tutorial Manager

The Tutorial Package Manager is a platform designed to host extensible tutorials that enhance your expertise in industrial automation.

By centralizing diverse training packages into a single tool, it serves as a comprehensive library for hundreds of exercises. Each exercise includes guided solutions and is categorized by difficulty or specific educational objectives, covering the broad spectrum of PLC-based automation systems.

The default installation includes Package 1, which features 20 PLC exercises ranging from basic introductory logic to medium and high-complexity programs.

This package is specifically designed to master the most common programming tools and concepts, such as:

  • Timers and Counters
  • Registers and Data Stacks
  • Functions and Logic Blocks
  • Multiple Programming Languages (Ladder, Script, Function Blocks...)

To ensure professional versatility, all exercises in this platform are solved and verified for three industry-standard PLC environments:

  • EasyPLC
  • Siemens TIA Portal (v15)
  • Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 (v31.01.00)

The Tutorial Package Manager is designed to work in tandem with Machines Simulator. This allows you to use any of the three supported PLC environments to program, test, and verify the proposed examples within a high-fidelity 3D industrial environment—replicating the behavior of real-world machinery.
