Sensors

1. Inductive Switch

Is used to detect WorkParts, uses one PLC digital input (PLC_IN_SIGNAL) that will be active when a WorkPart is detected on the inductive detection field. The detection field can be customizable. If the property DistanceMeasurementSensor is set to true, could be used as a sensor to measure distances, from the point the sensor is located to the detected object. The measure units are millimeters, the result is sent to one analog PLC input (PLC_IN_DISTANCE).

2. Photocell

It is used to detect WorkParts, uses one PLC input that will be active when a WorkPart is detected on the photocell detection field. The detection field can be customizable.

3. Photocell Barrier

Used also to detect WorkParts, uses one PLC input that will be active when a WorkPart is detected on the photocell barrier.

4. Capacitive Switch

Is used to detect WorkParts whose type matches with the programmed values types, uses one PLC input that will be active when a WorkPart is detected on the inductive detection field and their type matches with the programmed ones, in this way can simulate different WorkParts materials. The detection field can be customizable. Also is possible to configure an analog PLC input used to use the capacitive sensor as a distance detector, then sends the distance to the PLC from the WorkPart that is in the sensor range.

5. Proximity Switch

It is used to detect WorkParts, uses one PLC input that will be active when a WorkPart touch on the sensor.
